His businesses have always been characterised by high performance from highly talented and engaged teams, as well as successfully cultivating a network of strategic, value-adding partner relationships.
- Philip has an extensive track record as a limited company director and community engagement leader; partnering and supporting numerous charities, sports & social enterprises, and voluntary bodies.
- His achievements are recognised by an array of industry awards, including the Princess Royal Training Award (2019) for a company-wide cultural change and training transformation programme; and the Ministry of Defence Gold Award for Employers.
